Joining Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited in June 2022 as a Senior Executive, Finance & Accounts marked the beginning of a rewarding journey built on continuous learning, responsibility, and professional growth. I started by managing online business accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial controls, where I developed a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, governance, and timely decision-making.

As my journey progressed, so did the opportunities entrusted to me. Beyond my core finance responsibilities, I began working extensively on SAP, gaining hands-on experience across Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, and Material Management. These experiences allowed me to strengthen my technical expertise while developing a broader understanding of how finance integrates with business operations to create meaningful value.

A significant part of my role has also involved supporting Internal, Statutory, GST, and External Audits. From preparing audit schedules and documentation to resolving audit observations and ensuring compliance, these responsibilities have enhanced my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Managing multiple priorities while consistently delivering accurate results has taught me the importance of planning, collaboration, and adaptability.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been contributing to initiatives that improve financial processes and operational efficiency. I have actively supported SAP finance enhancements by validating financial data, performing reconciliations, coordinating testing activities, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. These collaborative efforts strengthened financial controls, improved reporting accuracy, reduced manual interventions, and supported better business decision-making.

A defining milestone in my journey came in April 2025, when I was promoted to Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts. This achievement reflected not only my commitment and performance but also the trust and encouragement I received from my managers and mentors. It motivated me to take greater ownership, embrace new challenges, and continue striving for excellence.
