Joining Triveni in 2022 as Senior Manager- Administration marked the beginning of a highly rewarding professional journey defined by responsibility, collaboration, and continuous development for me. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working closely with the promoters, senior leadership, and management teams. These experiences have significantly enriched my professional expertise and strengthened my leadership capabilities.
In my role, I oversee a broad spectrum of administrative and operational functions, including workplace and facility management, travel and transportation, vendor partnerships, procurement, budgeting, and inventory management. Leading a team of over 50 professionals has further enhanced my ability to drive operational excellence, navigate complex challenges, and deliver outcomes aligned with organisational objectives and timelines.
