I joined Triveni in 2011 with a simple intent - to learn, contribute, and build meaningful capability over time. Over the past 14 years, that intent has evolved into a journey defined by steady growth, deeper technical understanding, and a strong sense of ownership.

My work has largely focused on techno-commercial proposals, plant layout design, and hydraulic optimisation for both domestic and international projects. These responsibilities demand not only technical precision, but also the ability to coordinate across functions, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions that are practical and execution-ready.

As my role has evolved, I have taken on greater responsibility in integrating process design with commercial and operational considerations, ensuring that what we propose translates effectively into performance on the ground. What I find most fulfilling is seeing plants operate efficiently and knowing that my work contributes to reliable, sustainable outcomes.

This journey has strengthened my approach to problem-solving by staying practical, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement. It has also helped me grow my confidence, particularly in decision-making and accountability.
