I joined Triveni in 1997 and it has been a quarter of a century long exciting journey that saw me grow with every challenge and rise in my career with every opportunity.

I started as a senior officer with Triveni's Project Division at Okhla. Very early on, I was given the opportunity to independently handle accounts and finance functions of the division. The exposure proved to be instrumental in my long and gratifying stint with the company.

Moving to the corporate tax and finance team after working for transitory periods at Tirath Ram Shah Charitable Hospital and Triveni Retail Ventures Ltd, I was part of and witnessed various milestones in the Company's growth. The initial public offering (IPO), expansion of capacities, demerger of the turbine business, taxation challenges and entry into new businesses - all were watershed moments.

The management has supported and guided me like family during the tough situations that have arisen over the years. This support has helped me develop professionally and gain confidence to handle emerging situations.

I witnessed the company's growth from only 3 sugar mills to a corporate giant with 21 world-class facilities, including sugar mills, cogeneration plants, distilleries, gear manufacturing, and water management. Triveni's cohesive and comprehensive growth and diversification provided equal growth opportunities to its employees, and I was no exception.
