I would like to say that I am on a journey at Triveni. A wonderful, transformational journey I started as Sr. Engineer in 2018, during which I worked on several Effluent Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Sewage Treatment Plant projects and achieved all-around growth both professionally and on the personal front.

A typical day starts with planning the workday schedule that includes interaction with vendors, clients, and consultants and, of course, designing large-scale water treatment projects. Knowing that I work in a sector that directly makes a difference to the people and planet, my work is usually exciting and deeply satisfying. Be it dealing with emerging challenges that keep you on your toes or the positive results and consistent performance being achieved by various projects one has conceptualized, the moments when your design thinking and engineering prowess come to fruition in real life are always special.

It would be unfair to name one single project that made a real impact, but I would like to mention the 45 million gallons per day Delhi Jal Board project. It's a rehabilitation project with challenges in hydraulics. Interactions with site personnel and foreseeing the real site situations helped us as a team in driving results.

As they say, learning is a never-ending process. Every day I learn something new in the course of my work or through interactions with highly-skilled professionals, clients, and vendors who enrich me, day after day, with their expertise. I have gained experience professionally. It also evolved my thinking process and honed my approach to addressing challenges. As Triveni is also an equipment manufacturer for Sewage Treatment Plants/Effluent Treatment Plants/Water Treatment Plants, my association with the company's Water Business has expanded my knowledge in these aspects.
