A journey rooted in engineering excellence
I joined Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited in 2005, drawn by its strong reputation in Power Transmission and gearbox manufacturing and its foundation in Indian engineering values. What began as an opportunity soon became a long-term commitment, shaped by continuous learning and a shared focus on quality and innovation.
Building a strong foundation through hands-on learning
My early years in the assembly quality team exposed me to vibration analysis and customer-facing Mechanical Run Tests (MRTs). Long hours on the shop floor, resolving noise and vibration challenges, instilled the importance of precision, persistence, and teamwork in me.
Growing alongside Triveni
Over the years, I have witnessed Triveni's evolution from a traditional engineering organisation to a leader in Power Transmission, automated testing, and SAP-integrated quality systems. My work in gearbox quality assurance focuses on process improvements, training young engineers, and ensuring defect-free assemblies that support business growth.
Turning challenges into milestones
A defining moment came during the 2018 supply chain crisis, when bearing quality issues threatened project delivery. By leading cross-functional efforts to rework processes and qualify alternatives, we turned a challenge into a more resilient system.
Purpose, pride, and mentoring
I take pride in contributing to defence gearbox projects, including the successful commissioning of INS AJAY, reinforcing Triveni's reliability in critical applications. Today, mentoring young engineers and championing global standards remains central to my role, guided by a simple belief: excellence lies in the details, with innovation always switched on.
