My association with Triveni began 13 years ago, shortly after completing my Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality. What started as an opportunity to gain early work experience gradually evolved into a transformative journey that has shaped my personal and professional growth.
As an Admin Officer, I manage front-office operations and oversee end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, customers, and visitors. My responsibilities include domestic and international bookings, visa processing, foreign exchange, insurance, documentation, and ensuring that every guest receives warm, seamless coordination from the moment they arrive at our premises. While handling multiple high-priority tasks initially felt demanding, it helped me strengthen my organisational abilities, refine my time-management skills, and develop the confidence to make calm, informed decisions under pressure.
One of the most meaningful contributions in my tenure has been streamlining Triveni's travel and front-office processes. By introducing structured checklists, standardised coordination practices, and adopting digital tracking systems, I helped reduce last-minute issues, improve transparency, and deliver a smoother experience for employees and visitors alike.
