My journey with Triveni began in 1996, fresh out of mechanical engineering and eager to work with a Company rooted in core engineering values. What started as a trainee role has grown into nearly three decades of learning, contribution, and leadership, all shaped by the organisation's enduring values and collaborative spirit.

A pivotal moment came early on, when I was asked to lead a shop floor shift in the absence of a senior colleague. It was unexpected, but it tested and sharpened my ability to adapt, take ownership, and lead under pressure. That experience helped shape the leadership style I carry with me today.

Evolving with Purpose, Growing with the Company

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to be part of Triveni's transformation, from a local supplier to a global engineering name. I contributed by driving shop floor process engineering, leading cross-functional SAP implementations, and helping deliver productivity improvements of over 20%. One of my proudest milestones was increasing casing machining output fivefold through optimised tooling and SOPs.

Triveni's strength lies in its culture, rooted in trust, openness, and shared accountability. Cross-functional collaboration, even under high-pressure deadlines, has been a hallmark of our work.
