My journey at Triveni began in March 2022 as an Additional Manager - Finance & Accounts, right at the peak of the financial year closing. The pace was intense, but the experience was transformative; it pushed me to take initiative, prioritise with precision, and adapt quickly.

With the mentorship of senior leaders like Mr. R.K. Goel and Mr. Akash Premsen, I developed strategic thinking and leadership skills that helped me transition into the role of Manager - Finance & Accounts. Their support gave me the confidence to own responsibilities and make key financial decisions under pressure.

One of the most impactful milestones in my journey was overseeing the implementation of the finance module and data migration. This ensured Triveni remained compliant while maintaining financial visibility and operational efficiency.

I've also had the opportunity to drive cost control efforts, lead my team through complex tasks, and build strong inter-departmental collaboration. Triveni's focus on structured SOPs and accountability has shaped my approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

This journey has been both challenging and rewarding. It has strengthened my professional foundation and given me a deeper sense of ownership, purpose, and pride in being part of Triveni.
