In the same year, I was pursuing my PGDM from IMI (International Management Institute) when the chance to work at Triveni as a Management Trainee came to me. Little did I know that this would turn out to be one of the most enriching decisions of my life. The opportunity and responsibility entrusted to me were the catalysts that accelerated my learning curve.

The last 19 years have not only seen Triveni rise and grow collectively, but this company's growth has also taken individuals like me onto a new and exciting path of growth to realise my potential. From challenging assignments in talent acquisition to learning and development, policy formulation, and much more, Triveni has always provided a platform for me to succeed or learn every single time.

A huge factor in my growth has also been the advice and camaraderie of my peers, and add to that the very nurturing and inclusive work culture, which is why it's only fair that we are the #TriveniFamily because of the values everyone around me has exhibited.

It's because of these values of dignity, transparency, respect, and easy accessibility that many people, including myself, have found a second home at work with Triveni.

I made one move by joining Triveni in 2003, and so far, it's fair to say that it has changed my life in the best way possible.
