For me, Triveni stands for celebrating equality, diversity and everything I stand for. It's why I am proud to celebrate Pride Month with Triveni.

As a transgender person, my journey through different phases of life has not been smooth sailing. I have worked, but never experienced a sense of equality that people take for granted coming from conventional sexual orientations. However, joining Triveni in 2016 has been one of the best decisions of my life, it is a wholesome and fulfilling experience that gives me confidence to leave the awkward conversations around my sexual orientation behind and realise my dreams and ambitions just any other person would. The transparency in behaviour, the guidance of motivated individuals and a vision to plan and grow my career makes everyday at Triveni a better day. A place I am proud to work at, an organisation I take PRIDE in representing.
