I joined Triveni as an absolute beginner after completing my Doctoral Studies. On my first day of work, when I was introduced to my team and the tasks, I was quite nervous. Everything was unknown to me - the work, the documents, the corporate language, the environment and the people. But, my team never made me feel like an outsider.

Any person's first job can be a life-changing venture. It is a journey that arms you with practical experience, skills, and knowledge to contribute to your company's progress and moulds you into an effective leader.

Similarly, being part of a proactive organisation like Triveni Water Business helped me boost my confidence to handle responsibilities and make my own decisions. I enhanced my working abilities and improved my technical skills because of the support I received from Mr Rajeev Singh and my team.

During my college days, I struggled with topics like mass balance, process & hydraulic calculations, and power calculations. Since joining, however, and with the support of my team members, I have become more at ease with these topics, and they do not stress me out anymore.

Starting my professional journey at Triveni has been a confidence booster, as I always feel valued here by Mr Singh and my team. It has been 5 years since I started as a nervous novice, and it is high time I extend my gratitude to this company which has been my happy and safe place over these years.
