Pradeep joined the Triveni Family in 2005 as DGM (production) and is now heading one of the key sugar factories of the Company located in Sabitgarh, Uttar Pradesh which produces refined sugar as well as pharmaceutical-grade sugar.

Pradeep shared what he experienced during the 17-year-long journey with Triveni and how he has been instrumental in ongoing projects which were later successfully completed.

"My journey with Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. began in 2005 as DGM (Production) when the Company set up a sugar factory at Sabitgarh, in the Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh. I bore witness to the installation from the outset, from land acquisition to the successful commissioning of the sugar plant. The project started in May 2005, and a trial crushing operation was carried out in January 2006. Our team's combined efforts led to the successful completion of the sugar plant, enabling us to start Sabitgarh's maiden crushing within a short span of 7 months.

We started producing refined and pharmaceutical-grade sugar after the successful set-up of a refinery plant at Sabitgarh in 2012. This turned out to be another feather in the cap of the Company as it ultimately boosted team morale and improved profitability.

Subsequently, Triveni established a new and the largest back-end refinery plant at Khatauli. I was an active team member of this project and ended up moving to the Khatauli plant in 2014 as GM (Production). I enjoyed my time at both plants and endeavoured to meet management expectations till July 2021, when I was trusted with the responsibility of leading and enhancing the productivity of the Sabitgarh unit.

With the growth I have witnessed in my 17-year tenure at Triveni, I believe that it is important to invest in a workplace that provides ample scope for professional development in so many different directions."
