ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
A service package to cover the preventive & periodic service requirements of the water & waste water equipments. This package follows a preventive maintenance schedule which delivers maximum value for money to the customer. Key features of this package include periodic inspection visits clubbed with scheduled maintenance programs and services. Allocation of all spares & chemicals, on top priority basis, is a key feature of this package.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS OF RO, DM,PT,WTP,ETP,STPs ETC.
This is a comprehensive service contract where the Customer Care Division undertakes complete responsibility for supply of treated water, of designed quality & quantity, at any customer’s place. Right from the required manpower to services to spares to consumables are provided by the Customer Care Division to ensure that the customer is free of worries and is allowed to focus on his core competencies.

RETROFIT & REVAMP OF EXISTING TREATMENT PLANT
With expansion in production, or change in inlet raw water quality, water requirements will also increase or change. To provide an optimum, and cost effective, solution for such conditions, we upgrade the existing water treatment plant for enhanced requirements through retrofitting or complete revamping of the plant. The complete process is designed, executed and supervised by professional engineers with years of experience in water treatment.

ONSITE TRANING PACKAGE
At Triveni, we believe that providing services and assistance alone is not enough to solve all the problems. Being a total water management solutions provider, we offer a complete onsite training package to our customers. With this, we empower the users of water treatment plant by upgrading and updating their knowledge on the various aspects related to water chemistry, water treatment, basics of maintenance, operating procedures, technology, etc. Our knowledge and experience, in water treatment, is transferred to our customers as a part of this package.

SERVICE ON CALL
Service on demand – is the key feature of this service package. Be it a troubleshooting call or seasonal service requirement, we provide services on demand. An entire range of services, as required, is delivered by our expert engineers. Howsoever complex your problem is, we assure you an optimum solution.

WATER AUDITS
This package includes the study of the total water circuit, of the customer, with an objective to enhance the overall efficiency of the plant. An audit report, containing detailed recommendations, is then submitted to the customer to enable him decide on future course of actions with regard to his water management needs.

WATER TESTING
Triveni has a well equipped laboratory at its Head Office in Noida where we study and recommend a comprehensive solution for effective functioning of water treatment plants. Sampling is done by our engineers based on customer’s requirement and terms agreed to. Customers can also send in their samples with the parameters, which are to be analysed, well defined.
