Continuous Membrane Filtration Systems:
Microfiltration systems can be provided in both the versions i.e. pressurized (CMF) and submerged (CMF-S). For the large packages, the benefits of CMF-S outweighs pressurized systems due to reduced capital / operating cost. This is achieved through installation of membrane module in open tanks instead of pressure tubes and also operation of these membranes under low pressure compared to the pressurized membranes.
