Continuous Microfiltration Systems:
Memcor Microfiltration systems can be provided in both the versions i.e. pressurized (CMF) and submerged (CMF-S). For the large packages, the benefits of CMF-S outweighs pressurized systems due to reduced capital / operating cost. This is achieved through installation of membrane module in open tanks instead of pressure tubes and also operation of these membranes under low pressure compared to the pressurized membranes.

Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR):
Memcor MBR is a unique wastewater treatment process designed for numerous municipal & industrial applications - combining biological treatment and low pressure micro-filtration - producing high quality treated water with low levels of BOD, suspended solids and nutrients (N&P) as well. This is achieved by highly efficient membrane continuously being scoured externally. Memcor MBR produce high MLSS level, reduce sludge yield thus reduced sludge de-watering cost. High MLSS concentration reduces biological volume requirement. The membrane tank provides extremely space efficient solids separation and do not require a Clarifier in the system.
