Chandanpur and Rani Nangal units have successfully implemented Food Safety Management System (FSMS) followed by final audit by M/s SGS India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon. The Chandanpur unit has received the Food Safety System Certification FSSC-22000:2010 for the period Mar 12, 2012 to Mar 11, 2015. The Rani Nangal unit has received the Food Safety System Certification FSSC-22000:2010 for the period Mar 19, 2012 to Mar 18, 2015.

FSSC 22000 is the latest food safety certificate recognized by Global Food safety initiative. Food Safety System Certification Scheme is for food safety systems including ISO 22000:2005, PAS 220:2008 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements.

• The activities covered under the certification for Chandanpur unit are receiving of sugarcane, processing, packing and dispatch of sugar in bulk.
• The activities covered under the certification for Rani Nangal unit are receiving of sugarcane, processing, packing and dispatch of plantation white sugar.
