Case Study: Sugar Industry
Problems Faced: A Sugar company in Tamilnadu had commissioned a Sugar plant with DC Driven hydraulic mills. The hydraulic equipments had several problems of leading of oil besides expensive replacement of oil at frequent intervals. The new system was supposed to revolutinize the mill operation replacing the gearbox, being most efficient and cost saving

Solution offered by Triveni: The hydraulic equipments hd several problems of leading of oil besides expensive replacement of oil at frequent intervals. The new system was supposed to revolutinize the mill operation replacing the gearbox, being most efficient and cost saving.

Implementation: To be replacedby conventional drive of gearbox , which means going back to old method of drive with gearbox.

A 3 stage gearbox was replaced in place of the hydraullic drives in the existing the setup.

Customer Experience: Since then the gearbox is put into operation , the company has now decided to replace the other drives.
