The Bar Screens are available in various options to meet the specific job requirement in different material of construction e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel etc. :

• Chain Operated Bar Screen
  These Screens primarily comprise of a Rake assembly which slides on adequately sized Rack assembly. The Rake is driven on both ends through endless chain which in-turn is carried on two separate sets of sprockets on headshaft and footshaft.
• Cable Operated Bar Screen
  These Screens primarily comprise of Rake assembly sliding on the Rack assembly and remain engaged on both ends of the channel through sliding blocks / rollers. The Rake assembly is driven by the number of sets of cables depending upon the width of the Screens.
• Cantenary Bar Screen
  These Screens are similar to the Chain operated Bar Screen except that there are no submerged sprockets and instead open guides are provided for smooth movement under the wastewater to ensure smooth ride over large debris.
• Double Guard Bar Screen
  These Screens are similar to the Chain operated Bar Screen except that they have double rack so offset and spaced that as the wastewater flows from upstream to downstream across the Rack, it flows first through the wider Bar spacing and then to the finer Bar spacing of upto 6 mm. In view of the fabrication limitations, these Screens are available upto 3 to 4' width.
