For the convenience of our customers, we have setup a dedicated team which assists them with high quality spare parts. A computerised database on spares fulfills the customers' immediate needs in the improbable case of a breakdown or for routine checks/servicing/maintenance contracts on a global basis.

Our team is well-equipped to organize spare parts within few hours of a call, in case of emergency at the customer's facilities. This supplements our proactive guidance that we offer to our customers on parts replacement, based on ageing analysis. We also offer an yearly consolidated list of spares available with the customer, at the site.

In order to make the system faster and more efficient, we are in the process of developing an online spares ordering system, that would offer highest levels of comfort to our customers.
