Our manufacturing facility is the
most sophisticated one; it is located in natural greens at Bangalore and
provides a healthy work atmosphere creating an ambiance ambiance of
comfort and affinity to the high technology workplace.
This unit has top of the line manufacturing facilities and a production
capacity of over 100 turbines a year, it is one of the few companies in
the world to have a Clean Room, for dust-free assembly of turbines.
Manufacturing Facilities include:
- Capacity to produce 80-100 steam turbines / year
- Production/ material handling capability to manufacture up to 50
MW size steam turbines.
- Capacity to refurbish various makes of turbines up to 50 MW
- 4 axis CNC machines for critical turbine components such as
blades, nozzles etc.
- Sophisticated Co-ordinate measurement machine.
- Moment balancing machine.
- Other state of art machinery for turbine part machining.
- CLEAN ROOM facilities for assembly
- Component testing facilities employs ultrasonic testing,
Radiography, Ziglo set-up, fultrain vibration analysis.
- Full Speed Mechanical Steam Run Test facility for Steam Turbines
with boilers.
- Business process running on SAP, which helps us plan the
production process and help us to achieve operational efficiency.
- Equipped with the latest CNC Milling, CNC Turning and CNC
Drilling machines to take care of precision engineering works for
critical components like Turbine Blades, Nozzles, Control Valves and
Labyrinth Rings.
- LAN connectivity for tracking realtime status of each individual
jobwork.
- Turbines assembled and tested as per standard/ customer specified
quality assurance plan.
- Rotor balancing facility and boiler installations for no-load
trials of the turbines.
To further consolidate our position in the turbines market, we are
in the process of expanding our manufacturing facility for to improve
the economy of production cost. Our expansion includes plans to reduce
delivery time and increase export potentials.
An elaborate manufacturing facility,
integrated with R&D centre, ensures the making of world-class steam
turbines. A pressurised clean room. for production and assembly of
blades, nozzles, diaphragms and rotors, CNC machining for critical
components represent our uncompromising attitude towards producing
quality turbines. Triveni has in-house facilities for Hydro-test of
turbine casings, Zyglo for crack detection, radiography, ultrasonic and
dynamic balancing. Each and every turbine manufactured by Triveni is
subjected to extensive in-house testing, including Mechanical Run Test
(MRT) at 110% of design speed with gearbox fitted. This ensures smooth
running, governor response, safety trips, vibration levels and sound
levels.
