Testing Options
A number of initiatives in the evolution of technology are leading both
to higher accuracy and also greater efficiency in gear performance,
synchronizing with the latest technology, Triveni conducts various tests
to ensure AGMA , API-613 & 677 specifications
The demanding AGMA, API-613 & 677 specifications
are followed by adhering to rigorous performance test criteria and its
latest data acquisition system, fully instrumental test rig for full
speed testing up to 50 MW gear boxes.
We have already tested gearboxes of capacity upto 38 MW in our
manufacturing unit at Mysore. Besides, we have enhanced our Test rig
capability to test Gear Boxes upto 50 Mw. This further assists
us to monitor and record all gear box test results, giving a complete
analysis of bearing temperatures, vibration frequencies, frequency
spectrum, oil flow and noise.
We offer other test options which include: Back-to-Back
Locked Torque Testing, Slow Roll Full Torque Tests for units that have
high power intake.

- 1,000 KW D C drive motor.
