Startup spares: RTD’s, Oil baffles, a set of Bearings and Main Oil Pump. Our standardization in small and medium range gearboxes have the advantage of having minimum stock levels of essential spares.

Gearbox rotating parts are designed to operate for a very high life. Case carburized gears generally do not have any wear in case the unit is commissioned with proper alignment and gearbox is in operation backed up with good maintenance.

In case of critical equipments and there is no standby equipment, it is advisable to have one set of Gears as insurance spares. Triveni will carry out Mechanical run test on the spare rotating parts in the existing casing, with the other recommended spares, so that the end-user will not have any problem during fitment of the same in the gearbox during any eventuality.
