• Empowered with some of the most sophisticated equipments like: the Programmable and Logic Control, Hofler Gear Grinder, the MAAG Gear Grinder and the MAAG Gear Cutter. The MAAG Electronic Checking Machine and the Dynamic Balancing Machine ensure that dimensional accuracies, tolerances and vibrations are maintained to specifications.
• We have invested in sophisticated machinery such as grinding and hobbing machines from Gleason Pfauter of Germany. These machines have enabled us to increase the efficiency of our manufacturing process and helped us reduce the time taken for operation by a great degree, while achieving DIN 3 quality.
• A well equipped laboratory ensures forging quality through ultrasonic inspection, micro-structure analysis, tensile, impact and hardness tests, case depth analysis and chemical composition analysis.
• Automatic Temperature Controlled Furnace for gas carburising with micro-processor based oxygen probe (which automatically controls the carbon percentage, ensures uniform case depth, uniform hardness gradient and ideal micro-structure).
• Equipped with facilities for gas nitriding of gears and pinions.
  
  
  
• The capacity of completely automated test bed with latest Bently Nevada vibration monitoring and data acquisition system ADRE has been enhanced now to test gearboxes on No-Loads upto 50 MW.
• Slow Roll Full Torque Tests & Back to Back testing are carried out as optional testes for specific requirements.
• The existing test bed facility has also been enhanced to include a dedicated area for assembly and testing of small power gearboxes so that the Main Test rig is used solely for critical testings. With this Testing can be done for any standards and power capacity of 70 MW.
• We continue to invest in the expansion of the existing production line to be able to meet the growing demands of the market and augment the manpower strengths across all departments.
